Rose Garden

I took an early morning walk through a Rose Garden this morning.  It was so beautiful I had to take a few shots.  I was here last year at this same time with a wedding group.  I love that there are little secluded places of beauty hidden within the city.

Below- this is the location of their first date and the spot where George proposed.  Sweet, huh?  It is a beautiful spot with a great view of DC.

We were running from a severe rain storm on this day, quite literally.  We were driving fast enough to get ahead of it and had about 15 minutes for portraits before it started to rain - but we made it without getting wet!

DC United vs Guadalajara Chivas

My first professional soccer game. It was a great game. We were actually cheering for the Chivas ... and they won 2:1. One of the goals was right in front of us -- so nice!
