28 Days of Goodness

February is my start to 2010.
I know I am starting the new year a month behind,
but well I was sick for the first part of January.
Thus February is my new beginning.

So as part of my "28 Days of Goodness" I will be posting more on my blog.
Every Monday this month I will be posting a link to my favorite blogs.
(I confess, I am a blog stalker of so many amazing blogs.)
I will share a few of those amazing blogs with you this month.

I will also be posting some beautiful weddings, some adorable babies
and a few family groups (including my own family).

Would the "28 Days of Goodness" be good without a few give-aways/contests?
Of course not ...

A Side Note

I have a couple of great posts planned for February - are you excited?
I am.

And a picture - just because:

I'm a Tourist - Again!

I was a tourist again! This time I toured the White House.
I couldn't bring a camera so I don't have any pictures to show.
My friend CS took this one on the cell phone for me.
Apparently I went 5 days too early

Samantha & Corey

One of my absolute favorite images from last year.
Everyone should feel this loved in some one's arms.

Sunrise - The Reason

I waited and anticipated the moment the sun would start to rise with all the colors on the frozen snowy ground. I could see it would be an amazing spectacle and I was not disappointed.
It came and went rather quickly ... only lasting about 5 minutes before the thick clouds set in.
It was worth it - sights like these are few and far between.

Time Spent

Taken during my lengthy duration at the airport.
I do love the mountains!

BIG Birds

First I saw the hawk ... we stopped for a picture.
The next day we saw a bald eagle ... we for sure stopped for a picture.
My dad got a great shot of the bald eagle - they are huge beautiful birds.

There and Back Again

If you were wondering ... I did make it to Wyoming with a couple of days shaved off my vacation. I got to hang out with some crazy kids that I love and got to meet my newest sweet pea (shown above). And the mountains were to die for.
I have lots of pictures too post, but I have been too sick to even turn on my computer so sorry I'm sorry that there have not been any new updates. They might be a little slow coming until I start to recover. But Christmas was wonderful, my family is simply amazing (this was the first time we have all been together in several years). It is a new an wonderful year with so much potential. Thank you for all your comments on my pictures this past year!

I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
