Hawaii - Diamond Head Hike

You should have seen all the looks we got.
Everyone had a backpack on their back -
all of my hiking buddies with kids, me with my camera bag.
The view from the top is absolutely beautiful.
"Diamond Head is a broad, saucer-shaped crater that was formed
about 300,000 years ago during a single, explosive eruption
that sent ash and fine particles in the air. As these materials settled,
they cemented together into a rock called tuff, creating the crater."
